What KhelRizz is

KhelRizz is a platform where organisers run sports tournaments and participants register for them. Tournaments are created and operated by their organisers; KhelRizz provides the software — registration, draws, scheduling, results — not the event itself.

Accounts

You sign in with Google or email. Keep your account yours: actions taken by your session are attributed to you, and organiser and administrator actions are audit-logged. Accounts that abuse the platform can be suspended, which blocks new registrations, payments and tournament creation while preserving existing records.

Payments and refunds

Free tournaments never ask for payment. For paid tournaments using direct UPI, you pay the organiser directly in your own UPI app and submit the transaction reference; the organiser verifies receipt by hand. KhelRizz does not hold your money at any point — payment is between you and the organiser, and the platform records what both of you attest.

Refunds are therefore between you and the organiser, made outside the platform, under the refund policy published on the tournament page. Verified payment records are permanent history: statuses can be corrected through the audited review flow, but amounts and references are never rewritten.

Organiser responsibilities

Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of their tournament details, eligibility rules, payment recipient details, and the handling of participant data visible to them. Publishing a recipient UPI ID requires explicitly confirming its ownership.

Results and fair play

Match results are entered by organisers and are correctable only through a reasoned, audited step until dependent matches begin. Deliberate manipulation of results, schedules or payments is grounds for suspension.
